Accomodation at Mornant
It has been completely refurbished and finished to a very high standard. The decoration is white throughout, the floors downstairs are slate, with natural seagrass flooring upstairs. Most of the furnishings are from Marks and Spencer and Laura Ashley.
Bedlinen is provided. Wireless internet access is available.
There are secure gardens to the front and rear of the house. At the back there is a sunny al-fresco eating area with a large table and wrought iron benches and chairs. There are also two sun-loungers. A charcoal barbeque is available.
Parking for up to three cars, or two cars and a boat trailer, is at the rear of the house behind the garden. It is accessed by a drive to the right of the house.
The newly fitted kitchen is fully equiped with a dishwasher and an American-style fridge freezer offering cold water and ice on tap. There is a kettle and toaster. The oak table seats eight, but can be folded to seat four. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The back door leads off from the kitchen and there is a cloakroom with WC.
The main living room has two large comfy sofas and is equiped with a colour television with Freeview. The two windows look out onto the front and rear gardens.
The lounge has two big sofas. There is a sideboard with plenty of games and dvds to choose from. The window looks out onto the front garden.
There is a king-sized bed with Laura Ashley bedlinen and curtains. Either side are bedside tables each with table lamps. There are two chests of drawers. There are views from the window to the sea.
This bedroom has an ensuite shower room with basin, wc and heated towel rail.
Second bedroom
This room has twin single beds, a bedside table and lamp and a chest of drawers. The window looks out onto the rear garden with the mountains of Snowdonia in the background.
The third bedroom has oak framed bunk beds and a single bed. There is a chest of drawers.
Family bathroom
This bathroom has a bath with power shower, a wc, basin and heated towel rail.
There is a large secure garden at the back. Mainly laid to lawn, it is private and sunny.
